Orders over £20 within the UK will have free P&P, orders under £20 P&P is £2.99

 Orders over £60 outside the UK will have free P&P, orders under £60 P&P is £4.99

LOST/MISSING PARCEL 


Royal Mail states all items will not be declared lost until 28 working days from the expected delivery date. Please do not contact us before this time as we are not able to file a lost/missing parcel until this time has passed.

Please note all lashes are handmade with love & care, not two lashes are the exact same, so please bear in mind that each pair may appear slightly different to the other. Please note that this is not a fault with the lash.

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS


In the rare occasion that you have received a damaged/faulty item during transit, please contact us via the contact us page, stating you order reference number. If you receive a faulty/damaged item you must notify us within 7 days. This does not included damaged packaging only items.


Once we have received the items back & are satisfied that the items have not been used or taken out of their packaging a full refund will be given and can take up to 10 working days to appear into your account.
